She strives when planning a special project to make it special for us all. Britne participates in discussions in the area of Social Justice; she never hesitates to be vulnerable to help others understand her concern or point.  I am proud to have her on my team and know she is a true asset to our organization.  Thank you Britne for all you do.  I appreciate you.  You ROCK!!!” – Aminah Ali

Marcia Watson, Intensive Family Preservation

“Marcia is one of the hardest working staff I know. She goes above and beyond for her clients within her role as an IFP worker but she is alway willing to help out in other program areas including but not limited to QPC, Visitation and Mentoring. I’m sure I may have missed one! She is someone you can depend on to show up and get the job done. She is also an excellent baker and brings her delicious treats to staff events.” – Sonia Colon Mora

Juwana Hall, Traumatic Stress Institute

“Juwana has jumped into our team during a year of transitions and growth. In our work together, both with TSI and the IDEAS committee, I have seen her lead with genuine curiosity, thoughtful reflection, and care for others. One of my very early memories of Juwana was when she offered to hold a silly team retreat opener during her first actual week of work with us. She has continued to make herself a valuable part of our team since. Beyond the virtual work walls of TSI, Juwana celebrates her own birthday (she’s an Aquarius) by collecting donations of socks for multiple shelters in Cincinnati. This year, her birthday organizing brought a bounty of 713 pairs! I appreciate getting to know and work with you!” – Callie Hardin

Cecelia Christmas, Therapeutic Foster Care

“I am celebrating Cecelia Christmas as an outstanding POC on my team. Cecelia goes above and beyond for the families she serves. Cecelia is known for closing the loop when there are identified needs and helping the family to identify needs. She is calm in the face of chaotic situations and helps our families remain calm as well. She is also a team leader who helps her colleagues especially in the area of identifying tuition assistance and scholarships for higher education. Cecelia is also a constant contributor to our weekly discussion in the area of Social Justice. These discussions have enriched our weekly experience. I am proud to have Cecelia as a staff member and appreciate her commitment to our agency.” – Aminah Ali
