Raymond Hill School held its winter talent show on December 16th. Twenty-four acts were performed by students and staff who put on an entertaining show for an audience of classmates, family members, and Klingberg staff.
Crowd favorites included a student singing an original song called “My Life,” an elementary student’s high-energy tumbling act, a comedy performance, and a staff duet of Adele’s “Hello.” It was inspiring to watch the kids conquer their fears and share their talents, call out encouragement to nervous friends, cheer enthusiastically for each performance, and even stop clapping in response to a young pianist’s plea for silence so he could concentrate.
Besides being a fun way to spend a Wednesday morning, the talent show provided us all with a glimpse of some of the unique personalities of the students at Raymond Hill School and allowed the students to share their talents and interests with a kind and enthusiastic audience.
